DATA Act Information Model Schema (DAIMS) Validation Warning

A DATA Act Information Model Schema (DAIMS) validation warning occurs in the DATA Act Broker when certain calculations, comparisons, or field-level format attributes fail a validation rule for data elements during the submission process. Warnings (soft edits) do not necessarily indicate an error but should be reviewed for data quality. If agency deems it accepted or justified, then they may proceed with certification/publication, but acceptance of the warning may affect data quality in some instances.
