Proposed updates to the FM Standards for the third quarter of the FY 2027 release schedule are posted on Regulations.gov for review and comment. 

This quarter’s updates focus on payments management changes to align with several Treasury services. Proposed updates were made to several Federal Financial Management (FFM) documents, including Business Data Elements, Functions and Activities, Business Capabilities, Business Use Cases, Core FS Pre-Built Business Information Exchanges (BIE), and Provider Service Measures.
