Any Treasury Account Symbol (TAS), regardless of balances or transaction activity, that has a TAS status of “U-Unexpired” or “E-Expired.” Exceptions include situations such as available receipt accounts (balances are rolled into the expenditure main account), the TAS in the 7XXXXX main account series (not brought into the Super Master Account File), and a TAS that should have been canceled but was not due to outstanding balances or other issues.
