An agreement is a written arrangement between two or more federal agencies to document the parties' understanding of their respective roles and responsibilities in connection with a federal program or project. The agreement may take the form of an Agency Participation Agreement, Interagency Agreement, Memorandum of Agreement, Memorandum of Understanding or other similar document.
