Available Check Cancellation (ACC) is a check that the Bureau of the Fiscal Service (Fiscal Service) has in its possession and for which Fiscal Service has canceled and credited the funds to the Federal Program Agency's agency location code. The ACC is not used for Non-Treasury Disbursing Offices checks.
