The Claims Collection Litigation Report (CCLR) is a Department of Justice (DOJ) form for use in referring debts to the DOJ for litigation and enforced collection. The CCLR is also used for the referral of debts to the DOJ for its concurrence on a proposed compromise, suspension or termination of collection action.
