This is a type of Treasury Account Symbol (TAS) that the Bureau of Fiscal Service establishes to temporarily hold funds collected and account for accruals and transfers related to funds collected on behalf of the TAS, other than the General Fund of the U.S. Government. Custodial accounts are a subset of Clearing and Default TAS accounts within the "3600-3699" series fund group.
