Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)

A memorandum of understanding (MOU) is an agreement between two parties that is not legally binding, but which outlines the responsibilities of each party in the agreement. Responsibilities could include but are not limited to, promoting standardization of reporting process, borrowing and advance agreements, and scope of work.
