The Performance and Accountability Report consists of the Annual Performance Report (APR) required by the Government Performance and Results Act, as amended; annual financial statements; and other reports such as entities’ assurances on internal control, accountability reports by entity heads, and Inspectors General’s assessments of entities’ most serious management and performance challenges. The AFR consists of annual financial statements and other reports.
