A Quick$tart™ entry is a non-dollar entry sent through the Automated Clearing House by any Receiving Depository Financial Institution to a federal government agency participating in the ENR program for the purpose of transmitting Direct Deposit enrollment information. Also referred to as an automated enrollment (ENR).
