TFM:  Treasury Disbursing Office (TDO) Payment Systems are Department of the Treasury systems used to function TDO agencies payment requests and report the associated accounting information to the Government-wide Accounting Central Accounting Reporting System (CARS) (for example: Secure Payment System).
