An Undeliverable U.S. Treasury Check is a U.S. Treasury Check issued by the Bureau of the Fiscal Service (Fiscal Service) or a Non-Treasury Disbursing Office (NTDO) that was returned to Fiscal Service or NTDO as undeliverable.
