DATA Act Broker Submission (DABS) is the interface through which agencies upload, validate, and certify monthly financial data for purposes of reporting to USAspending.gov. Agencies may also test monthly financial data, generate award files, and view submissions via DABS. DABS may be accessed at https://broker.usaspending.gov/#/landing (requires authentication through the Common Approach to Identity Assurance (CAIA)).
