Judgment fund non-compliance occurs when an agency is considered noncompliant with the reimbursement provisions of the CDA because it fails to reimburse or make timely arrangements for reimbursement within a specified time period. Failing this, the agency is identified as noncompliant in any reports on CDA reimbursements requested by Congress.
