  • Financial Audit Remediation Support
     

    Workforce expertise to support review and improvement of financial reporting processes, perform risk assessments, and identify internal control gaps; develop internal controls and recommend procedures and policies; develop and maintain financial data and analytical tools to support asset valuation and financial reporting; develop and implement creative solutions to financial problems; respond to external audit requests and support remediation of audit findings; review audit findings (NFRs) and perform root cause analysis; develop, implement, and validate/test corrective action plans to remediate audit findings.

  • FM Data Analytics and Management Support
     

    Workforce expertise to support accessing user requirements, identifying data sources, collecting, migrating, converting, integrating, consolidating, and making data available for users; perform data validation, quality analysis and cleansing; use various data analytic tools to organize, sort, transform, and compile data to create reports per user requirements; identify suitable data storage system, design database, create data tables and maintain the integrity and availability of data; fulfill data requests and assist users in using data.

  • Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
     

    Workforce expertise to develop, implement, improve, sustain Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Internal Control program within a federal agency in alignment with OMB A-123 requirements. Establish, improve, maintain governance, policies, procedures, and frameworks for identifying, assessing, and managing risks across an agency including strategic, financial, operational, compliance, and reputational risks. Develop, implement, improve, evaluate risk mitigation strategies and internal controls. Monitor and track risk management activities, including the ongoing evaluation of risk mitigation measures and the identification of emerging risks. Facilitate effective communication channels to ensure timely dissemination of risk-related information to stakeholders. Report on internal controls and support Annual Assurance Statement preparation and certification.
