  Oracle Cloud Federal Financials is a Core FS Baseline SaaS offering that provides capabilities enabling agencies to perform all Federal Financial Management (FFM) functions with a full set of technical and operational support from a single software and infrastructure vendor. Oracle Cloud Federal Financials is an industry-specific configuration of the Oracle Fusion Cloud platform (particularly Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle Cloud EPM), hosted in the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Government Cloud. Oracle Fusion Cloud version 25D or later is FM QSMO-approved and meets the requirements of the Financial Management Capability Framework (FMCF), including capabilities defined by the financial management standards.

  Oracle Fusion applications are FedRAMP authorized at the Moderate impact level, with OCI common controls at High. Because Oracle's Fusion applications run on Oracle infrastructure, customers know the entire system has been designed to work together to provide market leading performance, functionality, and innovation. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is woven directly into the application to enhance specific business processes, and customers have the ability to design additional AI agents to support their unique requirements. Quarterly updates managed by Oracle provide constant innovation and new functionality for customers.
